This is lucky of a vision. 4 Veep for what badala? This is madness to its extreme!! HH just forget you will never rule this country just continue herding your goats and cattle. Yoo think you can play on the minds of intellectuals? Your same big mouth says that the MMD reduce the size of cabinet, again your same mouth wants to increase Vice presidents to 4. You are not a stable person to entrust with the constitution of this country. Forget HH maybe 4 Vice shepherds of goats and cattle. Bye HH thats the end of your political career.

  2. Mark says:

    what for,to deputise,his incompentence.

  3. mubemba says:

i have never seen this nonsense, watch out we are in trouble!!!!

  4. Lampaz says:

HH the cattle herder as he call himself is at it again and should forget of being the president of this country. I thought he had learnt lessons from the old folks leadership such as RB who we ve called leadership failures. With HH and UPND forget we can not sustain you. Right now we are crying and spending too much on the trips made by RB and what more paying the 4 veeps in office for 5 years. Would rather say, RB you are better off than sustaining HH and his UPND. This is just the begining of the dying horse of HH and his likely to be the most expensive president cos the goat herder wants to live large. Let him remain in the streets with us and not at state house. Akuna matata, HH!

  5. J M says:

We’re told that under the pact the issue of who stands for presidency will be discussed later. But on his attire above HH presenting and campaigning as presidential candidate. 2011 HH.

  6. Lampaz says:

Have always said that HH is upto to no good. Why should Zambia be subjected to 4 veeps when his the one critising MMD to down size cabinet. This is madness. I guess this want happens with a dying horse, you a loser HH.

  7. Old Time says:

In the past few weeks HH has been sounding paranoic. Now with this I can only conclude our young man is losing it. If so, why?

  8. Observer says:

not a bad idea remember people that this is party level not government level… the new constitution will allow us to vote for the president and a vice only…

  9. Angel says:

Now, this doesn’t make sense. What is the idea of a vice president? Who succeeds the president when he is incapacitated? Please UPND, stop this circus!

  10. To be honest, this sounds like ma labbish..

  11. Vwengelekete says:

    One word: NONSENSE

  12. HH with his Bourgeoisie megalomaniac mentality has just drifted UPND into a communist structural functionalist entity.Four Vice Presidents of a political party? Then if they ever joined with PF, we would be talking of 8 VP, 2 frictional Presidents of populist Bourgeoisie. To that will be nine paid ministers in every Government ministry?

This is extreme Confucius commune mentality at variance with democracy and social progress under any logic.Indeed only communist parties have such positions because they want to be more communal communist than others.

We all know that democratic parties like the MMD carry out internal elections to elect the president and vice-president and not appointments by tribally sown in President who turns into an appointing authority of 4 vice presidents, MCCs and National Executive Committee (NEC) members.

Prepare to hear more of such madness typical of megalomaniac communists:

    VP for finance
    VP for Monze
    VP for Mapanza
VP for each of the 9 provinces
VP for cows and live stocks
VP for youths VP for Genda VP and cadres
    VP for security
    VP for insults on RB
    VP for make Zambia ungovernable
    VP for education
    VP for FDI and Commerce
    VP for Mines

  13. major says:

I must admit that this sounds like a brilliant idea but as far as i am concerned its one way of accommodating greed
