this man is talking as if the donor funds are coming from his own pocket, does he know how it feels to missuse the money which their tax payers had sweated for, why are they playing on the investigations, why cant they push for the investigation and come up with answers so that the donor funds can be released.

Its their money “Donors hold onto the money”. This is a ka foolish Govt. without accountability, let them bring back what they stole.

ma rabish,the way he puts it as thought the donors have to,he should remember that its their peoples taxes and they have the right to protect it. its a lesson our govt should learn.more donors will follow suit.i wonder how much will be released for the next financial yr as this money we are talking about was pledged for this yr.

Do u honestly expect donors to take u seriously when u r talking about stringent controls when your boss has just appointed Mabenge as Minister, someone who was found guilty of missapprpriation of CDF and corruption by our courts and your boss says he is a “noble man”. Furthermore your all knowing boss has indicated that everyone who is questioning this appointment is talking “nonsense”. For once Shikapwasha use your brains before u utter certain things. Donors are no fools!!
