The police do not need resources to cage as many mercenaries and extremists these fanatics have become. There are many containers and infrastructures to dump them in as they are made to feast on beans. You don’t give beds or descent full meals to mercenaries.There is sufficient space for extremists.Infact those that will be charged and penalized, will significantly help boost the state treasury with their Donor money in court fees.

The police should create more cell rooms for us because we are many and we are not even scared to be arrested… Why did the police arrest only Kapata and Mumbi, yet we are many who were honking? If they don’t know where to find us, they should just come along cairo road every friday after 17hrs, they will be able to pick thousands! Release these patriotic citizens immediately! What sort of system arrests good citizens and gives criminals like chiluba free reign. These people are simply standing up for their country to restore the judicial system. Many people especially those in govt and political appointments know that the current course this govt is pursuing is wrong but are too scared to talk because they are concerned about their jobs.
Lets give credit to these individuals who are brave enough to challenge the corrupt system that has resorted to intimidating and bullying its citizenry. One measure of a bad system is to look how a society treats its women and children. On that basis Hon Phiri and others must be released immediately before people start calling us Barbarians.

some comments make me wonder, regardless of how educated,exposed some zambians are the level of primitivity still remains un affected. the two women are fighting for what most of uninformed people would not stand up to because they do not know how much they have been deprived and by who..that is why our country cant progress due to people like some of the bloggers here, its a shame
