Ballot papers for the Solwezi Central Parliamentary bye-election set for November 19, have arrived in the country.
ECZ Public Relations Manager, Chris Akufuna, says the ballot papers will be dispatched to Solwezi this weekend.
Four candidates are contesting the Solwezi Central seat which fell vacant following the death of incumbent Member of Parliament, Ben Tetamashimba.
The ruling MMD is fielding Albert Chifita, while the UPND/PF Pact is fielding Watson Lumba.
Others are FDA’s Muhammed Kalela and Thomas Kafula who is contesting the election as an independent candidate.
