Its pipo like mainga calling some1 idiot without any basis of their idiotic character! For sure Zambian judiciary is still using out dated British law and thats the reason some laws contradict themselves and making it hard for the judges to deliver verdicts based on the findings of the case. Look at kafupi's case and that of poor fellow who has stoken a fone and jailed for 10 years and kafupi acquited! It makes me hungry to learn about bogus and un founded comments by pipo like Mainga, who ever he is!

The foreign journalist is objective with his analysis of this case. He is impartial in his critique. Let us reflect on this issue with an open mind without siding with an of the parties involved. if we are not careful such cases as the one in question can bring civil unrest in a country. we have only one Zambia.

Mainga you are shallow minded person, this journalist is just reminding us of what Zambia has become. There is no impertiality in our justice system and other law enforcing agents. Once those in the corridors of power opens up their mouth against anyone the police will be knocking on your door and the judicial system is saturated and corrupt and not fit for the purpose. At the moment no one respects our courts because they are no longer no man's land. In other words they are not seen as being natural and sacred places for seeking a fair judgement for every Zambian but for those in power, they will dictate the outcome of your case.In Uk the daily Mail will write articles about Labour Party and Prime minister Gordon Brown in the negative way but no one is arrested or prosecuted. We are witnessing and seeing the dictatorship tendencies advocated by Ruphia Banda and minions. In 2010-2011, if there is no change in the way MMD and its govt are doing things, there will be total bloodshed as this journalist has just observed. The thuggerly behaviour by MMD cadres sponsored by the govt is causing political battle fields throughout the nation. The police service is another MMD wing and it is time for the police to act within professional manners to protect and defend every Zambian regardless of their political affiliations. The outcome of this Kabwela's case is a litmus test for MMD- govt and the court in the eyes of the entire world. Zambia is no longer a peaceful country but gradually gaining ground for violence, divisions and hatred towards one another. It is time for sober minded political leaders and their cadres to accept that plural politics require freedom of expression, tolerance, accepting criticism and change if the people wish so.
