We have so many good players in Zambia that it is difficult for the coach to make a choice, therefore he normally chooses the recyled players like Mbesuma, Katongo due to public pressure, just like politics, we have so many Presidents and finally we choose recycled materials like RB and next will be Pabwato Cobra. Please ba coach revive our confidence in the team at AFCON, ITS SAD to see journalist in international media just analysing the likes of Ghana, ivory coast, cameroon, nigeria...they dont talk about zambia as if we havent qualified cos. they know we are just completing the table..

Are you telling me the coach can't find a player or players who can score goals for Zambia among all these names being thrown around? If a coach is unable to identify talent, what does that say about him?

It is normal for fans/people to complain about a coach if they are not getting a 'return'(results)on their investment. Mind you, these foreign coaches are paid far more than what local coaches get paid for a reason. So that they can bring something different and beneficial to Zambian football. If they can't perform to expectations or bring/add quality to the 'TEAM', why in God's name do we bother going half way around the world recruiting these people? Why not just stick with local coaches who have been able to achieve in similar circumstances?

By the way, if these foreign coach's aim is to "build for the future" why then not just recruit them as "soccer academy" coaches? Because I feel that is where "building for the future" is supposed to be taking place. And not necessarily at national team level! The country can't keep living on promises for ever.

What is the use of paying someone that kind of money (by Zambian standards) if all we get is 'next time, next time.' After all coaches are paid for producing results, results, results, and more results. Not as caretakers!!
