Comment. Still to this day the leaders of Zambia still use foreign doctors for check ups. Still consider Zambian doctors and hospitals USELESS and not worth using. I guess this is why Rupiah never bothers to use them. He does not think about the people who CAN'T travel to S.A for treatments.
