Expelled United Party for National Development (UPND) Namwala Member of parliament Major Robby Chizyuka has charged that UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema will never be president of Zambia because he lacks vision.
And Major Chizyuka has maintained that Hichilema should be impeached as UPND leader for allegedly betraying the spirit upon which the party was founded.
Chizyuka told QFM radio that the principle upon which the UPND was founded is totally different from that of PF, and that even late UPND president Anderson Mazoka would not have entertained the idea of the UPND/PF Pact.
He said Hichilema has failed to lead the party hence the need to impeach him and replace him with a visionary leader.
Chizyuka said the Pact between UPND and PF is unholy and should not be supported.
He said the UPND is doomed and going no-where under the leadership of Hichilema.
And Major Chizyuka has accused Mr Hichilema of using his wealth to promote evil instead of bettering the lives of the suffering Zambians.
He accused the UPND leader of using his money to hire youths to rise against him, when he has failed to identify his name with a school, police post, clinic or an orphanage.

KAFULAFUTA member of Parliament George Mpombo allegedly fraudulently retired receipts amounting to K49 million in respect to accommodation and meals when he served as Minister of Defence.
This is according to the 2008 Auditor-General’s report on the Ministry of Defence.
The report reveals further that Mr Mpombo allegedly obtained fuel advances contrary to the laid down procedures and currently has an outstanding balance of K12 million.
It indicates that during the period from March to November 2008, Mr Mpombo was paid accountable imprest totalling K82 million for accommodation and meals.
An examination of retirement details and a confirmation with the respective lodges allegedly revealed that nine receipts of accommodation and meals purportedly issued by Chabanga and Kanjala Lodges in Ndola were actually not issued by the resorts.
In this respect, K49 million was allegedly fraudulently retired by Mr Mpombo.
The former minister allegedly paid K5 million to Chabanga Lodge on 03/03/08, K8 million to Chabanga Lodge on 28/02/08, K4 million to Chabanga Lodge on 20/03/08, K5 million to Chabanga Lodge on 28/02/08 and K5 million to Chabanga Lodge on 09/06/08. TIMES OF ZAMBIA
