Did Nigeria’s TB Joshua Prophesy the Korean clash?

Four days after the shocking shelling of the South Korean island Yeonpyeong by the North Korean militia and the resultant retaliation, the tension in the region has no signs of waning. In the attacks aftermath, news has emerged that the onslaught was prophesied some weeks earlier by Nigerian Prophet T.B. Joshua.

“There will be a disagreement between two countries,” T.B. Joshua said during a Sunday service at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations, broadcast live on the television station Emmanuel TV. “One will cause the disagreement. The other will retaliate. What is the cause of this? Power.” He elaborated further on the revelation in subsequent services, singling out the nation Korea, specifying Tuesday as a day of prayer and stating that the incident would affect nations known as ‘superpowers’. “Pray for the nation called Korea. The Bible says love your neighbor as yourself – we must pray for them… Remember the message I gave concerning the countries that will have a clash… I am seeing this clash will threaten the security of each country. On Tuesday remember to pray for the whole world.”

The incident on Tuesday 23 November 2010, where 80 shells were unexpectedly fired by North Korea on the Yeonpyeong Island leaving 70% of the island’s forests and fields in flames, caused an escalation of tension on the Korean Peninsula, the United Nations declaring it one of the most serious events since the end of the Korean War. Lee Hong-gi of the JCS told the media that the attack had been a “premeditated, intentional illegal … violation of the U.N. Convention, the Armistice Agreement and the inter-Korean non-aggression accord. It is also an inhumane atrocity, in which [North Korea] indiscriminately fired shells into unarmed civilian residential areas.”

The international community strongly condemned the attack on Yeonpyeong Island and the United States affirmed its military commitments to South Korea by sending the aircraft carrier USS George Washington to join South Korea’s forces near the coasts of China and North Korea in a four-day drill. However, despite strong denunciations to the attack which left four South Koreans dead and dozens more injured, North Korean authorities appear undaunted, stating that the US and South Korea joint military drill was ‘recklessly pushing the Korean peninsula toward war’. The act further fuelled tensions in the area, provoking the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei to respond: “We oppose any party to take any military acts in our exclusive economic zone without permission.”

The prophetic message from Joshua involving Korea comes on the heels of a number of accurate prophetic messages, the most recent involving the Cambodian stampede that left close to 350 people dead. “By Monday, Tuesday pray,” Joshua stated during a Sunday Service in November. “I keep asking God – what is happening? I see people – they were marching on people. People were on the floor – dead people. They were counting the number of people who died. They entered water – I am seeing a lot of people dying.” The stampede occurred on Monday 22nd November 2010 during the traditional Khmer Water Festival celebrations in the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh. The stampede occurred on a bridge across the river, leaving 347 people dead and upwards of 755 more injured, some seriously.

Late in October, Prophet T.B. Joshua had also prophesied about a calamity in the nation of Kenya. “We have to pray for the nation Kenya. A situation where there will be an attack where people gather, that will affect humans, kill people. It is a place where people go for show, coming together. People should be very careful now.” On 6th November 2010, a Kenyan police officer who said he was looking for a woman who infected him with HIV rampaged through three bars in a central Kenyan town and killed 10 people, including two fellow police officers. The shooting spree happened in Siakago, 90 miles north-east of the capital, Nairobi.

  2. “They are those who Fight for God and They are those who God fight for,
it is better for God to fight for you”. Judge not and you will not be judge!.

I am suprised by the way people are so quick to judge the good works that God is doing……by the way where has the Gospel gone to nowadays in our churches?, all i hear is how good this church is and how bad this other one is…and this man-made gospel of prosperity and the “Day of Worship” gospel is really not helping the sinners in these churches. Please lets go back to the gosple of the cross, the gosple of christ and of the Kingdom of God!, Please.

  8. I thank you all fellow bloggers and may the name of Jesus be GLORYFIED .May l answer my beloved JBPIE briefly.Take note:it’s not about prophet TB Joshua but about Jesus the king of kings and the greatest of all the prophets ,past, present and future he will still remain the same.(1).lf used by the devil then it is to steal, kill and destroy.John 10:9,1 Peter 5:8. (2).lf used by God to what end? The end is to let people have life in the name of Jesus(3) Jesus’ healing Ministry serves to prove that he is the Christ ,the son of the living God and that believing you may have life in His name.Read John 20:30-31,Acts,2:22.lndeed to comfirm that Jesus ,He was one sent by Jehovah GOD.To bear witness .John 10:25.She believed in Jesus because the prophecy she was given by Him and many more believed simply on account of what she was told concerning her marital status.(4)What does the Bible say about miracles.Read carefully please. The Biblical concept of miracles is that of an event which runs counter to the observed processes of nature. They run counter to what is known of nature. Our knowledge of nature is a limited knowledge .Clearly there may be higher laws which remein unknown to man. They don’t even violet nature. Biblical miracles have a clear objective:They are intended to bring the Glory and love ofGOD into bold relief .They are my friend, intended ,among other things ,to draw man’s attention away from mundane events of everyday life and direct it towerd the mighty acts of GOD.Further in the OT,miracles are viewed as direct intenvention of GOD in human affairs, and they are unquestionably linked to redemptive activity on behalf of man. They help to demontrate that BIBLICAL religion is not concerned with abstract theories about GOD’s power, but with actual historical manifestations and experience of that power.ln the NT, the redenptive activity of GOD’s emphasis is perpetuated.Miracles are a part of the proclamation of the news that GOD has acted ultimately on man’s behalf in the coming of JESUS CHRIST into history.Miracles are a manifestation of the power of that GOD used to restore all of creation to i t’s proper order,to re restore the image of GOD in man to its full expression, and to destroy death.Theme of biblical religion as centered not only on theory but actions.ln short christianity is a product of miracles.TB Joshua therefore, he is just doing Jesus’ work and l have never or seen him claim credit to himself.l never seen such a humble preacher. You may Judge him from Nigeria(as a country) point of view and as an African?Jehovah God is not a respector of persons but in every nations picks one he pleases.Your background does not stop GOD from working in your life.No preacherman has done and continues to do what God is doing through him.Don’t mention miracles only but mention the work of charity, family reconciliation ,widow/ers’forum.Accurace of prophecies.lndeed Jesus never said goodbye. Finally, those that are claiming to be genuine christians go deliver him.Why cann’t you pray that GOD rains fire from Heaven so that it burns him and put an end to his works?Acts 8:13-25.look at this the slave girl had a spirit of devination .Find time to Acts 16:16-18.Go to the seven children of Sceva with a demon.Acts 19:13-21.With all your prayers all this time more than twanty years ,you could have done so us to stop him as aluded to in the referrences herein.A christian advice ,Becarefull the language you use toward others. You need forgiveness just like any of us needs. Please do not sin as you share your opinion.May GOD ‘give us the grace to decein spiritual things which cannot even be foun in any human collage or University. But only in His collage or University whose teacher or lecturer is the HOLY SPIRIT.Moreover, our is able to do that which’s beyond any man’s understanding.Godbless you all.

Being a Christian and a follower of Emmanuel TV, I took a bold step and traveled to SCOAN (7 hrs flight). On 24.10.2010 I was there at the synagogue. I was put i prayer line and wise men prayed for me. and on the following day I met a man of God, prophet TB Joshua who prayed for me.
I DO NOT EXPERIENCE ANY KIND OF PAIN SINCE THAT DAY.
For those unbelievers, I pray to you that his almighty God touch you wherever you are. You can have my contact for further details (tkystar@gmail.com). Or you stay tuned for my testimony on the new year eve at Synagogue church of all Nations. Emmanuel!

  12. Rupiah’s Tribal Politics

    By Sity Mwitu

I want to comment on the tribal rhetoric of our deaf and myopic President. I am saying he is deaf because it seems he does not hear when he makes tribal statements that favour him or myopic because he does not seem to see the implication of his tribal statements that he makes when it suits him. Of late, our President has been on record championing the fight against tribalism. His utterance in North Western Province on his appointment of the PS for the North Western Province does not prove that Rupiah Banda is not a tribalist. Rupiah is on record having told Easterners, the people who still hold the social secret policy of Wako ni Wako in every social, economic, religious and political undertaking of this country, in 2008 Presidential bye election, that they should chase away any presidential aspirant who did not hail from Eastern Province. If this puts Rupiah Banda to be the number one hard core tribalist; think about Michael Sata of PF and his Kasama utterance during the bye election that saw GBM elected as an MP. Have you forgotten about Hakainde Hichilema and his coming to the reigns of UPND Presidency and how he humiliated Sikota Wina on the basis of tribal?

Why is that when other tribes cry foul on the evil practice of tribalism, they are called names and yet when the perpetrators of tribalism themselves seem to champion the fight against tribalism whenever it suits them no one calls them names. You don’t need be learned to know that RB is a tribalist. Look at how he has strategically reformed the MMD NEC with people from Eastern Province?

RB knows that he thrives on tribalism unless he wants to fool the foolish Southerners, the coward Westerners, the silly North Westerners, the colonized Coppers and the Centralized servants. Tribalism is hard core in each and every sphere of human endeavour in Zambia. Unless deliberate steps are taken to recognize the danger of this scourge in the country, Zambia is courting trouble. Tribalism is enemy number one to peace. Tribalism cannot be overcome by either rhetoric or by condemning others. This is the right time to put in place an Anti-Tribalism Commission to fight this scourge. We cannot fail to put such a commission when Zambia is endowed with Zambians that posses internationally recognized qualifications and experience in almost every field mined here on Earth. The eagle is Zambia’s symbol of its power to overcome every challenge. We can do it. If we shall be the first for the sake of peace, let it be. Zambia has always been a model and we can still be.

The pronouncements of RB regarding One Zambia One Nation apparently was a dummy to fight tribalism but in essence it was in response to the question as to why Barotseland Agreement has been omitted in the National Draft Constitution which is not going to stand the test of time. Whether RB likes or not the fact that he referred to Zambia as One Zambia One Nation means there is a history to this slogan and that history borders on Barotseland and the Northern Rhodesia as separate states before 1964. Unless someone tells me and the rest of educated Zambians that history is useless and does not exist and that UNZA has been wasting tax payers’ money by producing unwanted and useless historians, then can I accept the notion that Barotseland Agreement is now null and void or irrelevant to the modern day Zambia for it to be omitted in our highest law of the land. Historians have always argued that a nation without history is a tree without roots. All that the learned people are saying to every concerned stakeholder is the need to nourish and cherish the history of Zambia which will give preeminence to the recognition and treatment of Barotseland Agreement in the social, economic, religious and political governance of Zambia. There is no time in the history of Zambia that the issue of Barotseland has led to the shedding of innocent blood, but this time in 2010, the spilt blood of the innocent souls are crying in the ears of God like that of Abel in the Bible. The wise will take recognizance of the matter and address the issue with the urgency it deserves, but the foolish would want to shed more blood. 2011 appears not a good year for Zambia if fools would still want to continue to choose the self destruction mode for this country by not taking heed to neutral professional advice.

I want to believe that Zambia as a nation in this 21st Century needs a pure Zambian breed born exactly in 1964 as a president in 2011. The pre 1964 generations appear to be carrying heavy excess luggage that is causing serious damage to the social, economic, religious and political fibers of this nation. God did not make a mistake to send Dr. Kaunda’s father, a Pastor to come to Zambia and settle at Lubwa Mission and out of him came Dr. Kaunda who with his colleges managed to unite the 73 plus tribes found in Zambia. God did not make a mistake to bring Barotseland and Northern Rhodesia together to form one Nation. A Moses for Zambia will only come from this post 1964 generation. Are you one of them, stand up and be counted. We can make a difference in 2011.

  15. WITH CORRECTED MISTAKES.

I have listened to all of you. The bible says in the last days ( these days) false prophets shall come who would even cause fire to come from heaven, who would cast demons and heal in the name of Jesus Christ such that even the elect (children of God) would be Deceived. Deception is composed of 95% truth and 5% lie and it takes a child of God who studies the bible daily and prayerfully to discern that. Who is more dangerous between a person who mismanages the government treasury and the one who leads God’s children into eternal damnation? When one sinner repents, there is total joy in heaven. A prophet of God will point people to heaven and make people know the character of God. A prophet of God will publicly denounce sin.A prophet of God will heal people by raising them up from the ground and not making the sick fall ( that’s counterfeit). A prophet of God will not just be prophesying throughout about doom and calamities. The prophet of God will never ask for any donation or payment for the God’s work performed. You will know them by their fruits. Children of God, study the bible prayerfully.

  25. well said Osmuka, the bible says in Isaiah 48:11 “for my own sake, for my own sake, i do this, How can i let myself be defamed? i will not yield my glory to another”  lets us not Judge, lets allow the spirit of God to speak to us about the works of the Prophet. Yes the bible talks of false prophets in the last days but also it talks about holy spirit filled people performing signs and wonders. the big question is how do can we tell the true prophet from the false? simple its through the holy spirit and indeed the study of the word of God through which He speaks to us and then the spirit convinces us. when i was in Zambia, i would watch Emmanuel Tv. the questions that i always ask myself  are, what purpose does prophecy, healing etc performed by TB Joshue serve to us? what is the impact of TB Joshua Ministry have of the people world wide? assuming he is being used the devil to what end?if by God to what end? what purpose does Jesus healing Ministry serve?what does the bible say about miracles? so answers to such questions would help anyone come to a logical conclusion provided you are approaching the issue open minded. God can not share his glory with a man/anyone….

I have never head head and seen exalting himself(TB JOSHUA) .He has always emphasised that all boasting excluded it is just by the Grace of GOD he does that .He says always miracle are to the salvation of man and Jesus is the only savior.Right now people are receiving JESUS As their personal servior through the wisemen.Individual prophesies right now are now happening. He does not condemn any including his percecutors,he does not demean any church but he says we’re all working for Christ as members of one body only that we’re at different levels and no one is above the other,we are the same and all boasting is excluded .GLORY BE TO GOD, THE GOD THAT VISITED HANNAH AFTER CRYING FOR A CHILD for a long time and it was not just a son but a great prophet indeed.May l beg you brothers and sisters that are blogging to do so in the spirit of christ.lets use this media in a spirit of sharing knowledge and information thereby building each other. Please ,let christ reign here & Satan be put to shame in Jesus’ name.As we share with others we should not allow our selves to fall into sin.Godbless you all.

I urge you all to read the book; “Dances With Devils” by Jacques Pauw which is an unbiased investigative book covering a host of shady characters across the continent. Sadly many of you are so deceived and desperate that you’re willing to travel all the way to Nigeria and spend your hard earned savings in search of a miracle to heal ‘HIV’ or ‘cancer’. Don’t waste your pennies, better off taking medication from your physician.
