MP Musonda found with case to answer
Former health deputy minister Solomon Musonda has been found with a case to answer.
Dr. Musonda who is also MMD Chitambo MP is charged with causing grievous harm with intent to maim, disfigure or disable contrary to the laws of Zambia. He is accused of shooting a Patriotic Front member. Dr. Musonda denies the charges.
But the Kabwe High Court has found Dr. Musonda with a case to answer and put him of his defence.
Kabwe based judge Mugeni Mulenga said that after looking at the written submissions from both the prosecution and defence, she was satisfied that a prima facie case had been established against Dr Musonda.
Dr Musonda is expected to commence his defence on March 18, 2011.

Under RB, justice is difficult to attain as Musonda suport MMD. All criminals are shelded by MMD as long as they suport RB!
