Swaziland: uncircumcised and hairy men are dirty

when men lift their hands to wave, there is an unsightly display of hair that has taken many moons to grow. What happens on a hot day can only be left to the imagination. And then imagine how hairy they are in other secret places where the temperature is conducive to hair growth and repulsive odour!

Whilst I have nothing against the PF as a party, I find it extremely abusive of institutional mandate of EIZ as per EIZ Act for the current leadership to use limited institutional funds for such an undertaking. The functions of the Institution are clear under section 4 of the Act and revolve around the promotion and regulation of engineering practice in Zambia.
