Dear Sir,
            I have been reading with keen interest the stories on Universal Printing Company.Having worked for ECZ from 2001 to 2006 ,l know that a tender was floated in the newspapers before it was awarded. l think all these allegations on UPG can be also addressed by both the LAZand the P.F internally.You fully understand the laws and know that canceling a contract based on hearsay,would have resulted in ECZ being sued by the printing company.It,s also a known fact that your current LAZ executive is working with some monitors in discrediting the elections ,in the event that your preferred party lost.I therefore request you to ask members of your executive,if any of them has a family member,who is a P.F member, dealing with Mr.Vik Vaid of UPG.Also take time to investigate, the shareholders of venturefin ltd a company registered in 2000.
       Your plans to start a (HOTEL RWANDA)in Zambia ,will land your group in the International Court for Crimes against Humanity.Remember the INTERHAMWE in Rwanda were busy using Machetes on innocent people.These are the same weapons that your preferred party is busy distributing to their members.The print media also played a big role in the Rwanda Genocide using a newspaper called Kangura to spread hate speech ,like your preferred party is doing.Its also a known fact ,that a prominent private radio station has already been paid to incite people in the event that your preferred party lost the elections.Lets us remember that  we only have one Zambia and accept the outcome of these elections without bloodshed.

  3. There has never been any conflict ignition without fuel of little men like Mwenye. Usually a few people disregarding others take to violence in pursuit of dissenting views to succumb. In defense against minority aggression, the many usually exterminate the few [Rwandan Hutus Vs Tutsis]. There is no way Bembas can fight a war against other tribes on divided fronts. Getting more trible; its truth Bemba and Lozi Blood hadly mix and so is tonga, Luchazi, Kachokwe, Luvale, Lunda,Namwanga, Chikunda, Soli/Goba,Nsenga. Bemba’s quest for dominance will shutter their fortunes in future because no one tribe these days is willing to be surrogate. Mwenye’s outburst are pro bemba candidate primate and not meritorious. BEMBAS TIME TO RULE IS OVER AND SATA HAS BEEN STOPPED SUCCESSFULLY.

Let Joyce mention names of the people who are distributing pangas to a ceratin section of our society to cause problems in the event that MMD or PF lost as these are the main contenders. Attcking LAZ lead by Mr. Musa Mwenya will not deliver this country from the evil hands of those who feel and think they only own Zambia. There is no need to create fear of the unknown. Mwenya and the likes are credible learned men who are merely expressing their legal opnion and there is nothing wrong with that. Leave LAZ and Mwenya alone.I dont think Sata or RB will risk causing violence in the event that one of them does not make it as a President. They know very well how others leaders who tried to cling to power after electrol defeat have been delat with by their nationals and international community. And you analysis of Luapula and a chief from Mwinilunga cant represent chiefs in Zambia. When we say HH lacks substance thats what we are talking about because who doesnt know that we have resources in this country please and should we be in a rush to finish them sure.     As much as you may want a known dictator with the blood of Chawama voters on his hands to rule over us, it is important that we do not bring Zambia down to a blood fest.

    Already, PF has claimed 7 lives in Solwezi when ferrying cadres to give the impression of a big turn out at rallies. Then PF claimed another two lives again in another road accident ferrying cadres like livestock to rallies.

    How many more lives must be lost before we realize that all politicians are in it for themselves? If those 9 dead PF cadres knew they were going to die, they would have never attended the rally.

    So let us protect ourselves from violence instead of sacrificing peoples lives to attain our selfish tribal or regional desires.

    When MMD took over from UNIP, blood was not shed prior or AFTER the election and everybody accepted the result.

    Learn to accept the choice of the people and dont shed blood because you dont like the peoples choice!

Apprently, we have yet to know which part of Zambia harbours such a Swahili name as “Mwenye”. The last time Mwenye opened his mouth in his deceptive mood, and in a weired pretence to preach peace, his main theme was to complain about the mushrooming of many newspaper tabloids that have flooded the Zambian streets. Indeed some of these tabloids have successfully countered the lies printed by The Post. At no time did this so-called Lordship Lawyer ever condemn The Post for its daily publication of misinformation. Admitedly, The Post is an independent news medium free to propagate any trash it wishes. However, Zambians, particularly the student’s communities have painfully come to realise that they can longer accept news items published by the Post to be gospel true. The biggest tragedy for The Post is that the overwelming eminent lost by the PF will spell an irritrievable eclipse of The Post’s circulation. It is extemely puzzling to note that a Lawyer who paved his way to the Presicency of LAZ could harbour so much hatred against other tribes to prop up the supremacy of a particuar tribe. Mwenye in particular should sharpen other forms of skills to earn a living, because he has failed to demonstrate professional ethics in the field of law. Members of other tribes he hated will rather opt to seek legal counsel from other wise and balanced prominent lawyers. After Sept 20th the likes of Mmembe, Mwenye, Mulongoti, Masebo will find themselves gnashing their teeth in anguish for barking a foreign Mwakyuysa mercenary.

  44. This letter is really written in bad faith especially the strong and unwarranted references to Rwanda. It is actually to author of the letter who has the capacity to cause havoc my maligning the PF and LAZ in this way. Furthermore people who keep referring to the Rwandan genocide usually do so out of ignorance. The cause and history of the Genocide in Rwanda is well documented… divisons caused by one ethnicity having been favoured of another during the colonial days. Worse still even the two ethnic groupings (Hutu and Tutsi) where not even intiailly natural tribes but evolved out of the same segregation caused by the Belgian colonial masters. Rwanda itself has come along in healing and reconcilliation since the Genocide in 1994, so it is pity that it should be needlessly sited so negatively.
