wilbur This is Central Street in Chingola, once beautiful and well maintained. This road actually leads to the offices of the area MP, Wilbur Simuusa who is also a full cabinet minister in the PF regime.

We just wonder how this nincompoop feels when driving along this road if at all he ever goes to his constituency.

On the other hand, this is the group that says it will build underground railway line.

Meanwhile, the same PF government is bribing opposition MPs to join them for their areas to be developed.

  2. When a party has no plan for developing the nation, being a minister in its government or not is of no consequence. Therefore Gay Scooter was telling lie number 1000 of this Pathetic Fools leadership when he said you can only develop your area as MP when you belong to PF!
