All lawyers representing opposition to be arrested
A scheme in which President Michael Sata wants to intimidate all lawyers representing opposition political party leaders and former President Rupiah Banda has been exposed.
President Sata has instructed his niece Stella Libongani to find a way of locking up all lawyers representing MMD’s Nevers Mumba, UPND’s Hakainde Hichilema and former president Rupiah Banda.
According to a Police Source, Lusaka Lawyer Sunday Nkonde has already been summoned to appear before the Anti Fraud Unit of the PF Police at Force Headquarters.
Police sources said Mr. Nkonde, State Counsel, was supposed to appear today at 09:30hrs but could not do so because he had a serious matter to attend to.

Her father late Phillip Libongani was my Teacher in Livingstone in late 50′s in Livingstone at then Coillard Boys School later named Mulwani near the Trades School. Not even her mother is nearer to the Sata family let alone tribe – though I hate to refer to “tribe” though we all belong to one.She rose on merit in the former regime – let’s respect her – remember she was Officer Commanding Ndola on her stopless/meteoric rise to the very top of our Police Service.Her father was a strict disciplinarian – she has those genes.
