Meanwhile, many soccer fans are not happy with the design of the newly unveiled Zambia national team official shirt to be used in South Africa.
A cross-section of the fans spoken to said the new kit was a mockery to Zambian football and wished FAZ had maintained the old shirt or merely made a few modifications.
Some fans said the jersey was worse than prisoners uniforms instating that some imitations in the streets were even better for the boys.
But FAZ spokesperson Erick Mwanza told fazfootball.com that the new shirts were tailored to be sold at a lower and affordable price so that thousands of fans can afford the official gear.
The Football Association of Zambia says the new official shirt of FAZ should not be sold for more than ZMW150.
Mwanza also warned all traders who have been dealing in “pirated” FAZ shirts, that with the cooperation of the state police and its intellectual property unit as well as local authorities, FAZ is commencing the confiscation of all products that are football related but not official.
On Sunday, Chipolopolo fly back to South Africa where they have been preparing since 26 December.
Chipolopolo commence the defence of her title with a January 21 fixture against Ethiopia before taking on Nigeria on the 25th and complete Group C business against Burkina Faso on the 29th.
