The accident was caused by “excessive speed”? Why was he overspeeding at such an hour?

How do the Police know it was excessive speed? He may have fallen asleep at the wheel or dozed off due to fatigue which is why accident happened at a curve in the road. Is the Lusaka – Mongu road also the Mongu – Kalabo road? I am always taken at how/why Police statements are taken as the verifiers of fact or events. Are there no other corroborating sources you could have used esteemed zambian watchdog?

i first drove on mongu road in june 2012. The road was bad in most of the areas especially when approaching kalabo turn off. The animals (cattle, goats and dogs) crossed the road at any point. The park area was also dangerous. Can anyone update me if the state of the road is still the same? If so can the grz do something before many lives are lost?

So far the car accident records indicate a stunning of more than 1,000 death for 2012 only.
Arrogancy and lack of obeying road rules in Zambia is more than shocking. I could not believe that road users disobey the road regulations.
I have witnessed hundreds of drivers who just pass on RED TRAFFIC LIGHTS, especially bus and taxi drivers.
Those who use pavements are others, while this car, Altezza, claimed many lives.
Failed state, its a disgrace, people with license’s and qualified to drive, handle cars like kids.
Zambians, if you can’t follow rules, what else?

I saw Alubusu’s BMW 330i. It is mangled – really mangled unbelievably! BMW 320i going upwards ilatumfya sanafye. Those are high performing cars and like them big time. I am also a culprit of fast driving. Just last Sunday I was driving a BMW 525i at 200-260 kilometre per hour and I was fine twice. May the one who made this high performing car BMW be cursed because tukafwa abengi.

We regret that this celebrity died on Barotse soil. Nowadays it is extremely unsafe to travel in Barotseland as there are so many ‘Zambian security personnel’ planted all over the territory and are very eager to earn a promotion. It’s possible that the deceased could have seen some heavily armed people whom he thought were ‘potential criminals’ who might be out there to rob him of his vehicle. In the process of wanting to get out of harm’s way he over-sped and this resulted in his failure to control the vehicle at the bend. We deeply regret this death and implore our former country men and women in Zambia to recall the hundreds of ‘security personnel’ in the Barotse territory. They are not wanted here. After all, whose security are they providing here? As far as we are concerned they are only too happy to shoot and kill or maim the defenceless Barotse nationals. The Zambian government is spending a lot on its security forces deployed in Barotseland for perceived reasons which will never be proved to be true. If the fear is disengagement, that will soon be realised from discussion tables. The Barotse don’t raise their fists anyhow, because by doing so they put themselves at the level of their oppressors who think might is supreme over everything. To tell the truth, if what Zambia is thinking was the intention of Barotseland, she (Zambia) was going to ask for assistance for more troops from her only friendly neighbour. Barotseland does not believe in large numbers, quality is what matters. For what Zambia envisages, just 50 well trained Barotse men and women were going to be used and Zambia was still going to ask for assistance after her thousands of troops are annihilated. Let’s just discuss and share assets peacefully. Zambia should not cause unnecessary alarm in the Barotse territory. We ask the grace of the true Lord of our Creation to be with the bereaved family in this trying time. The Zambian government must contribute towards the funeral expenses if it is innocent in this case.

The country has experienced so many deaths in the past year. I have just posted a revelation from God though I am not a Prophet. God showed me that He was not happy with Zambians and their Govt. He showed me that despite being a Christian Nation, actions are to the contrary. Appointments to positions are based on tribe, blood relationship or vagina power. All these are immoral and deserve punishment. More is yet to come including a big state funeral. I am simply revealing what God has said to me.All these are more than corruption. May His Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
