Photo of the day: armed police at Nevers Mumba’s house

From this picture, we can safely conclude that the Zambia police are well equipped. We just wonder why they can’t capture the Mailon Bothers if they can manage to come out with such heavy artillery  at a political leader’s house?

Police work like robots. They are not independent in their execution of duties. Very unfortunate.

Our police service amazes me, on a small small little issue, they’ll be there as though something big has happened, and yet there are serious issues around town and country crying out for their service.

Look at how the MAILONI brothers have or can evade them, right under their big or little noses. that artillery should be aimed towards the mailonis.

go out there and fire ur powereful artillery………….

    waaal

    This is PF DEMOCRAZY.

Is Nevers Mumba a criminal to deserve all those officers and the guns?

Do they need all that to question Mumba?

Was it neccessary to SEARCH his house?

    What were they looking for?

No one would love to see or hear what happened to Kachingwe but did that deserve SEARCHING Mumba’s house?????

    Imwe ba PF be realistic.

I now wish MMD had sorted you out before elections!!!

You are certainly worse than MMD.

Too intimidating. Why this show of power to a politician as if his a dangerous criminal?

A prominent politician returns from Livingstone. After a few days he notices strange growth on his penis. He sees several sangomas in the Northern caucases. They all say: “You’ve been screwing around in Tongaland, this is “runyoka” very common there, no cure. We’ll have to cut it off.” The politician panics, but figures if it is common in Tongaland they must know how to cure it. So he goes back and sees a top sangoma in Gwembe.
The sangoma examines him and says, “You’ve been fooling around in my territory. This is a very common problem here. Did you see any other sangomas?”
The distrought politician replies, “Yes a few in Muchinga province.”
The sangoma says, “I bet they told you it had to be cut off.”
    The prominent one answers, “Yes!”
Sangoma Hamujate Harunyuka smiles, nods, “That is not correct. It will fall off by itself.”

When it fell off, that is why you heard someone’s one legged it very hard away from their official house.

From the pic, Nevers looks like he developed diarrheoa.

The picture does NOT show heavily armed policemen.A variety of head dress and guns to shoot teargas, not the stuff for a COIN operation!

    • Sumerian  December 6, 2012 at 11:58

How many police officers armed with Kalashnikovs are required to search the residence of a well known opposition figure in Zambia? Goodness, and what on earth is a COIN operation and does it need mentioning in relation to Dr Mumba?

One wonders what type of democracy this current govt is practicing. Why send so many policy officers to Mumba’s house? What is the panicking all about? Some day we shall wake up and find democracy is history in this country. Please PF slow down in seeing the people of this nation as your enemies, it is not helping anyone for that matter.

BAKABOLALA BALETUCHUSHA DAY IN DAY OUT. WE ARE BEING ROBBED IN FULL VIEW OF THESE USELESS POLICE OFFICERS. TALK ABOUT KAFUE ROUND ABOUTS HAND BAGS, PHONES AND LAPTOPS ARE BEING SNATCHED FROM SLOW MOVING CARS AT PICK HOURS, AND WHEN YOU REPORT THE THEFT TO THESE SAME THIEVING COPS AT COMESA POLICE POST, THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GO BACK TO THE POLICE POST LATER SAYING WHO EVER ROBBED YOU WILL SURE COME AND THROW YOUR HAND BAG CLOSE TO THE POLICE POST. AND FOR SURE YOUR BAG WILL SHOW UP ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. AND YOU THINK THEY ARE NOT INVOLVED? THAT HEAD GEAR THEY ARE PUTTING ON HAD BETTER BE USED FIGHTING REAL CRIMINALS AND NOT INNOCENT PEOPLE.
