Sata rewards traitor Ngoma with immediate effect again

His Excellency Mr Michael Chilufya Sata, President of the Republic of Zambia, has with immediate effect appointed newly elected Feira PF Member of Parliament Hon. Patrick Ngoma as Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Education, Science, Vocational Training and Early Education.

This is according to President Sata’s letter to Hon. Ngoma dated June 24, 2013, which was also copied to His Honour the Vice-President Dr Guy L. Scott, the Hon. Speaker of the National Assembly Justice Dr Patrick Matibini and the Secretary to the Cabinet Dr Roland Msiska among others.

President Sata says he is confident that Hon. Ngoma will perform to his expectations and that of the Zambian people in general.

The Head of State maintained that his government will continue taking practical steps to revitalise the education sector.

“In line with the PF manifesto, we will keep on prioritising the education sector and provide opportunities that will facilitate substantial growth and qualitative improvement in the education and training system of our country,” President Sata says.

Ngoma was one of the many deputies while still and MMD MP even before he defected to PF, so nothing new has changed in terms of lowering the number of ministers in government.

So its only MMD from plot 1all the way down! Viva MMD as your chances seem alive. Infiltrate the system, know them. We shall need this information when the time comes.
As for those who only came on the scene through PF, resign join MMD, criticise, steal and you will soon be a deputy minister! Waaala its that simple…..MMD the bank of knowledge!

in government institutions no grants any more DEBS offices for example and their schools-shame free education without funding – no direction

1000 deputy ministers with no work done.

This is funny like the South American Dictatorships where a leader could appoint a corporal to a colonel at the blink of an eye.

An army full of generals is no army at all.

What about my uncle MP in Kabwe who really worked hard for this PF party, when are you going to award him kanshi bakateka?

Sata is dull. No wonder he thinks this dull man, Patrick Ngoma, is a genius. Just looked at the thick skull dim wits he has as deputies, Masumba, Monde, Ngoma, Mwaliteta and many other such muppets!

  9. PF Developing Zambia  June 24, 2013 at 15:43

As PF we believe that rewarding defecting MPs will see more of developmental projects in the areas where PF is priding of Victory. It doesnt matter how many deputies will be recruited, after-all civil servants are very lazy and the need close supervision…MMD spoiled the working culture which pf is restoring, so as Zambians who would like to see development especially to our poor majority, lets all rally behind HEMCS

President Mpombo said this.’if you are standing in Kamwala and threw a stone in the direction of Town Centre, that stone will definitely hit the head of a Deputy Minister’

We have lost count of deputy ministers.

Very soon deputies will have their own deputies

  13. Chanda Simba the nerd  June 24, 2013 at 15:26

I understand why there are more and more deputy ministers mushrooming with immediate effect. Long ago there were just 70 or so districts but today it wont even come in grade seven exam because every day gives birth to a new district. So my logic is the more districts there are the more deputies we need to effectively run government………Am smart aren’t I?

In military terms sata is better as a sergeant not a lieutenant. If was he a good lieutenant he would be receiving orders from membe. At the moment PF is subsiding the post to continue the cheap propaganda.
