Task Force summons RB again

Government Joint Investigations Team yesterday 10th April 2013 summoned former  president Rupiah Bwezani Banda to appear before the team at the Drug Enforcement Commission offices at 10 hours today in connection with allegations of Corruption, according to Namukolo Kasumpa.

Namukolo Kasumpa, who speaks on behalf of the Task Force said, ‘however, the former president’s lawyers advised that they had other prior commitments and could not therefore present their client today but committed to present him on Monday 15th April 2013, at same time and venue.

She said ‘the Government Joint Investigation Team has in the last month interviewed the former president under warn and caution on issues of Mphundu Trust, Baobab land, Campaign materials and effected an arrest on the Nigerian oil transaction.

‘Yesterday’s summon of the former president is a continuation of the ongoing interviews and investigations.’

Ahahahahaha, ati “under 5″ amankundyu aako! Guart. Can not you do Zambia a great favour by Demanding for First things First; Merzaf Houses, Wynter’s Council houses issue and his corruption Cases at ACC, GBM issues, Sources of Abused Moneys on the Bye-elections, The Oil Deal kickbucks by Trafigura, Mmembe’s K14bn, Mutembo Ncito, Matibini, Masumba, Mpombo, Namulambe, Taima, Silvia Murambiwa’s ZAWA, Guy Scott’s pig Compensations, Alex Chikwanda’s single sourced State house Contract, King Lubosi of Barotseland, Sinkwela’s deffection bount, the list is endless before you dream of HH the son of the soil.

It is not on any given pallarels that you are actualy the Under 5, be it in Social life, Economicaly, Wisdom, Knowledge, authority, pomp and capabilities.

I advise you to take a life than being “a useful idiot” without any meaning and significancy to Zambia on a bigger spectrum.

Good luck Mr Liability like your Mr Ukwa CNP Wonama.

  4. kabushi  April 12, 2013 at 06:25

lets always give meaningful advise to our leaders than insulting.respect is very important!

  5. chola mpangala  April 12, 2013 at 06:21

why do we use bad words againist our leaders?

  6. John  April 12, 2013 at 03:25

Sata has contaminated parliament buildings, its no longer a becon of democracy, its now cursed and must be destroyed. That house is now filled with Satan. Time is now to bring it down. A new one need to be constructed. Its now full of Wolves on the right hand side.

  7. John  April 12, 2013 at 03:14

Sata, you have turned that ka parliament building into a THUGERY HOUSE to punish your persived political enemies starting with RB, now you want to also destroy the life of Mulusa, becareful with your dirty schemes, we ll send you, Mmembe, Chito, Matibini and Winter to the early grave if you let this rubish continue. Stupid idiot. We ll also destroy that ka parliament house because you have messed it up with your EVIL business.

  8. John  April 11, 2013 at 19:46

Mutembo chito and your fake task force, Iam warning you, can you stop the NOSENSE you are doing to the former head of state RB. Stupid idiot. If you dont know your job resign. Why are you not investigating yourself first, then Kabimba, GBM, Mmembe, Sata and Christine Kaseba Sata for corruption?

  9. John  April 11, 2013 at 19:33

Sata, you have opened a NEW PAGE of TRIBAL WAR between the Bembas and Ngonis of Eastern province which you will not be able to quech once it spreads to the entire country of Zambia, whether you use your pf police with guns. Why do you hate RB so much?

  10. solo  April 11, 2013 at 19:19

Ba shaka ubupa iye. Its dip tank and not deep tank. But hey what to expect from the PF group of imbicilles and invalids. Ubukopo.

  11. Homestead Musambachime  April 11, 2013 at 17:25

Pf bembas should be the last ones to accuse anybody from any other tribe of stealing. We know what they are capable of doing.

    • kim  April 11, 2013 at 18:13

Forget about tribe here!!! Concentrate on allegations against your benefactor and assist him with defense. This no tribal issue but suspected impropriety in ones’ style of governance- criminal conduct

  12. I S M Busi  April 11, 2013 at 16:57

Just stay at Sugar Bush don’t come this way RB

  13. Jeffy  April 11, 2013 at 16:13

Proof that there is no case against RB. They are just fishing for evidence. RB will be cleared of all the charges being levied against him by M’membe, Mutembo, Wynter, Matibini all of them dull lawyers.

M’membe failed his ZDA Part 1 Exams and gave up, bought his law degree and can’t represent anyone effectively, Mutembo is a criminal who lied on oath to Parliament, Wynter is a foolish SC who has never won a case apart from being a good boy to Sata, Matibini is a corrupt judge who ruled three times consecutively in favor of Sata against Chanda Chimba III whose Stand-up for Zambia has now been proved by 90% of Zambians to be authentic, in exchange for appointment as speaker of the NA.

  14. luch  April 11, 2013 at 15:15

This is what should preoccupy him. Not attending inauguration ceremonies and Parties!

  15. Mzee Hekima  April 11, 2013 at 14:34

If there is anything whose purpose is not going to help Zambian people it is bye elections and summoning of RB only a few wizards are keen on these two.

  16. form four  April 11, 2013 at 13:35

Why wish to be president when the second half of your life is spent in and out of lawyers offices and your brain instead of relaxing is grappling with thoughts of what tomorrow will be and where you will be. Frankly I do not envy being a presido. I am happy as I am a low down buddy. 1st half and 2nd half of my life rolling on as the sun shines and should I reach 100 may even be granted blessings of going into extra time. Awe shuwa this RB issue is now even becoming boring. Lets burry the issue cause its going no where and just wasting tax payers money on a rich humble man.

  17. kauze suse  April 11, 2013 at 12:55

    uhmmm pf thugs for sure!!!!

  18. Moslem Brotherhood  April 11, 2013 at 12:30

A single bullet to Mmembe’s head is now a resolution. Its on the way as the USA are tired and have been made to look like bananas

Here comes the American CIA… Watch this space how things will play. SADDC Nations want Mmembe out as well.

Once Mmembe is out of the equation, the whole team will get dismantled. He is the central nerve centre that controls, Kabimba, Masebo, Nchito, Matabini, Task Force and Sata.

    Fishing expedition continues!!!

    • Mailon  April 11, 2013 at 13:12

The pipo in charge of this persecution should realise one thing. Most pipo genuinely wanted RB out of office in2011.If we were to revisit 2011 most pipo would rather have RB than this regime.PF has lost popularity in record time. And when one considers what Sata went thru to get into office only for him to come and offer us what we are seeing now.It is amazing. What i dont understand is do they honestly think they will get away with what they are doing?Personally i would like to see RB get a stroke or heart attack so as to see how the so called GJIT would handle it.This a great grand father you are harrassing whom you should leave to enjoy his retirement.Any way whom am i talking to?They literally drove Mukelabai to an early grave and saw nothing wrong with it.

      • mwami  April 11, 2013 at 14:56

@Malilon am one of those who voted out RB but what is happening now is making me think twice

        • THINKU  April 11, 2013 at 18:23

HE RULED US WITHOUT VENGENCE AND IN A WAY WANTED US TO EMULATE MADIBA BY HAVING A FORGIVING HEART AND OFFERING EACH AND AN OLIVE BRANCH AND SAYING WE HAVE ALL SINNED AND FALLEN SHORT OF GODS GLORY, THE BEST WE CAN DO IS OPEN ANOTHER PAGE AND OFFER EACH OTHER AN OLIVE BRANCH. RB STARTED THIS BY OFFERING AN OLIVE BRANCH TO DR. CHILUBA OUR LATE PRESIDENT WITH THE HOPE OF CREATING SOME INTEGRITY TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY, WHICH NOW HAS BEEN THROWN TO THE WOLVES. MY QUESTION TO ALL US ZAMBIANS HERE AT HOME AND YONDER IS, DO WE AT ALL REMEMBER THE COMMENTARIES THAT RAN ON ZNBC WHEN CPT. SOLO STORMED INTO ZNBC , EVEN WITHOUT SEEKING OUR MANDATE TO DO WHAT HE DID, HE MADE VERY FRIGHTENING STATEMENTS THAT A PEACE LOVING ZAMBIAN LIKE ME WOULD APPRECIATE IF ‘MCS’ OUR CURRENT PRESIDENT COULD RE-PLAY COZ AM SURE THE TAPES ARE THERE AT ZNBC. THE SHIP IN THE NAME OF OUR COUNTRY ZAMBIA IS IN HIS HANDS AND NOT MEMMBE’S, COZ MEMMBE CAN EVEN PASS THE BACK AT THE HEAD OF STATE AND SAY WHO AM I.

          • Chachine  April 12, 2013 at 00:07

            Lowercase please.

      • Watcha  April 11, 2013 at 20:00

These are murderers who do not care whom they kill as long as he is their enemy. For all the RB has done for the country and who he is to be treated like this by grade 7s and libala boys and Mongu villagers is sad. Can we not be able to get to the bottom of things without such humiliation. Are we not respected as a country for not opening can worms on KK.
If he stole we could convict recover with class rather than this. The months are speeding fast and Micheal and his vigilantes will be out looking in. Then remember who you hurt when you are a nobody.

  20. Joe Johnson  April 11, 2013 at 11:25

All these silly decisions are from Bwinjimfumu republic, arresting opposition leaders for unknown reasons will not change the facts on the ground. Where’s Edgar to reverse this nonsense.

  21. Star  April 11, 2013 at 11:23

This is madness. Please leave RB alone! What goes around comes around. The people doing this will soon sleep in their own shit. RB does not deserve this. The big man is so much better then the foolish one we have now.

    • Eagle  April 11, 2013 at 12:03

I agree with you totally. I want bto add that someone seems to be pushing his luck too far!

    • kim  April 11, 2013 at 18:10

You leave a suspect alone!! This is not persecution only that it is being improperly managed. Bring all the charges at once and let him exornerate himself . period. Signing off the Nigerian oil is a criminal act . The Mpundu nonsense – billionares from nowhere is suspect and you want the man to be left alone??? Try it yourself and see if the law will leave you alone.
We must be decisive and quick in dispensing justice this time around so that the next group will start preparing ther defences in good time. And Sikota with baobab issue should be on suspect bench and not legal.

  22. sisi  April 11, 2013 at 11:16

yeh the bombaclat is being summoned

  23. kubweka  April 11, 2013 at 11:11

If there is true justice in Zambia, the ruling government should lead by example and bring to book the people to book that they have given high posts and indeed the Merzaf flats issue first. As for the crimes committed in the selling or privatisation of Zambia s assets, let s look around and see who was in the top group with the late president Chiluba. so sad to see a former head of state being persecuted like this. Just remember your turn will come all of you.

if you really are serious about catching up with Rupiah, arrest him for the muder of Lozis on jan 14, 2011.

then we will know this is for real.

  28. chanda kabimba  April 11, 2013 at 10:39

Infact before HH it should be the Merzaf flats and the Kabimba and GBM corruption cases

    • mukunda muzovu  April 11, 2013 at 10:50

totally agree and the 14 billion bwinjimfumu is owing should be returned and so should DPP be investigated further

  29. Mpangula Mputyu  April 11, 2013 at 10:28

Lawyers for RB please always avoid Thursdays and Fridays, PF want RB to be locked up for a weekend.

It will a Joy for them for RB to be in cells.

  30. Ola  April 11, 2013 at 10:26

Sad! But these investigations looks like will years to conclude.

  31. profet  April 11, 2013 at 10:26

    eish

  33. Mpangula Mputyu  April 11, 2013 at 10:24

But this merry go round interrogations. When are we seeing a solid case. Most of us think RB being persecuted cause so far nothing concrete in term of case has come out for us to make meaningful conclusion.

The lawyers worried with interrogations on a Thursday as RB can go in over the weekend. Smart way for now.
