UPND Livingstone MP resigns, given parliamentary gratuity in advance

sikwelaMP for Livingstone Howard Sikwela has resigned from UPND

Sikwela has resigned from  UPND claiming that he has being used as a blank cheque.

But the Watchdog has been informed that Sikwela has been given not a cheque but billion of cash from PF.

As part of the deal for him to resign, Sikwela has been given an undisclosed sum of money but equivalent to what he would have got at the end of his term in parlaiment as gratuity and all allowances.

Sikwela has also been refunded all the money he put in to campaign in Livingstone. He has additionally been promised a job in the diplomatic service.

Howard Sikwela  was elected MP  for Livingstone on July 5, 2012.
