UPND’s Zimba files for Kapiri promising continuity with his programmes

IMG_1751[1]UPND’s candidate in the 23rd April bye election Lawrence Zimba said he will continue with the same programme that he promised the people of Kapiri who voted him in 2011 and is hopeful of winning the electionfor the second time. And party president Hakainde Hichilema says the people of Kapiri must not be deprived of their right choice in Zimba but retain him to shame the critics of multi partyism. He has also dismissed the violence allegations against his party by the PF. Zimba arrived at the old council offices nomination centre at the scheduled 13:30hrs amid massive supporters who stormed the hot day and walked long distances to come and give support to their candidadte. when the huge convoy of UPND supporters arrived, police feared that the opposition will repeat the PF’s mistake of allowing supporters and seeing they were outnumbered, pleaded with the party members not to enter the premises but the UPND leader said his party had a disciplined membership and would not trouble officers. Hichilema urged the supporters to keep the 400 metres radius as he and other leaders escorted Zimba to rbthe nomination room. After the exercise, Zimba was lifted shoulder high by the supporters and immediately drove into the town centre of Kapiri causing traffic jam as onlookers waved at him. Zimba said he had made an agreement with the Kapiri voters in 2011 and was voted based on that agrement which still remains unchanged. “I was MP two months ago and had programmes I was working on with the people here, so people must not get dicouraged by the nullification, this is the reason why I made the right choice to join UPND. And speaking in a phone interview with the watchdog from Lusaka UPND deputy secretary general Kuchunga Simusamba said his party was ready to carry the day on 23rd April and was also getting ready for presidential bye election which may come even before 2016. Asked how there could be a presidential bye election when the incumbent President Michael Sata was still in office, Simusamba said “the writings are on the wall that the bye election is around the corner, so we are also warming up our presidential candidate HH.”

And after the watchdog exposure of Masebo’s lawlessness at the nomination centre, central province police commissioner Standwell Lungu made an impromptu visit to the nominations centre in the company of his deputy, a Mr. Bwanga, both dressed in paramilitary attire. They arrived at exactly 15:00hrs and after a very short briefing with policemen, they drove off to an unknown destination.
Sources from the police told the watchdog that the police chief had been tipped that since PF misbehaved, they anticipated chaos from the UPND, so he wanted to be on the ground to offer full command.

  3. I am a state house official please allow me space to share my reflections in your widely read news site on the sad reality most people avoid facing and please do not publish my name am a civil servant.

It is not a secret anymore that our dear President HE MCS, Chimbwi No Plan, Ukwa is suffering from PROSTRATE CANCER and a threatening heart condition which has left him alive by the will of the spirit and not his body. It is saddening to see this man face to face and to know the reality of his illness which unfortunately many have undeniably failed to come to terms with.

fellow countrymen and women, our president is sick and the requires resting away from active political life. His prostate cancer has reached an advanced stage such that urine comes out uncontrollably. A temporal measure to help in his condition is that a tube has been inserted into the urethra to collect urine into a urine bag. When he visited the Chibombo accident victims’ burial this urine collecting bag was fastened nicely and covered in his suit. Even during the famous swearing in ceremonies at state house the same strategy is used. The problem is that he cannot stay longer at any function or international gathering because the urine collection bag has limited capacity to hold urine and requires frequent changing lest it bursts and spills urine on the head of state. It is for this reason the experts thought the best way to prevent embarrassment on part of the head of state is to have controlled public exposure. The PF Government must immediately find a replacement to the ailing head of state whose illness has reached an advanced stage. Am pretty sure the first lady has tried by all means to encourage him by not only changing his urine bag but also giving him emotional support. However this measure is temporal and somewhat costly to the nation because the head of state is expected to travel within and outside the country. HE MCS’ controlled public exposure is African’s natural tendency to hide illness.

As a state house Aide am very saddened to see the PF this way. I had hope in Sata but nature has its way. Right now Mmembe and fellow crooks are controlling us since the Sata we knew is not who he is now.

Finally here are tips on Prostrate Cancer:

Prostate cancer is mostly a very slow progressing disease. In fact, many men die of old age, without ever knowing they had prostate cancer – it is only when an autopsy is done that doctors know it was there. Several studies have indicated that perhaps about 80% of all men in their eighties had prostate cancer when they died, but nobody knew, not even the doctor.

    Symptoms of prostate cancer

During the early stages of prostate cancer there are usually no symptoms. Most men at this stage find out them have prostate cancer after a routine checkup or blood test. When symptoms do exist, they are usually one or more of the following:

    The patient urinates more often
The patient gets up at night more often to urinate
He may find it hard to start urinating
He may find it hard to keep urinating once he has started
There may be blood in the urine
    Urination might be painful
Ejaculation may be painful (less common)
Achieving or maintaining an erection may be difficult (less common)

If the prostate cancer is advanced the following symptoms are also possible:

Bone pain, often in the spine (vertebrae), pelvis, or ribs
The proximal part of the femur can be painful
Leg weakness (if cancer has spread to the spine and compressed the spinal cord)
Urinary incontinence (if cancer has spread to the spine and compressed the spinal cord)
Fecal incontinence (if cancer has spread to the spine and compressed the spinal cord)

  33. What is happening in Kapiri Mposhi is not a surprise in terms of UPND support but a litmus test of what Zambians must replicate countrywide when the inevitable happens,(2013 Presidential by-elections are inevitable).

Zimba will definitely carry the day and shame the enemies of multiparty democracy.

For real Kuchungwa Simusamba is 110% right that President HH must be prepared and unveiled countrywide ASAP as the BEST PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE when PF and Sata succumb to the dictates of nature and destiny anytime soon.

Fortunately God is smiling on the UPND side as these PF induced by-elections though costly will provide a platform on which the party can sell itself to the rest of the country.

The shit that is being smeared on HH and UPND spearheaded by M’membe and his clique of headless PF minions will not lead them anywhere because the adoption of Zimba for Kapiri is a clear testimony of UPND’s National character.

Mr. Chilufya who contested the Mpongwe seat on UPND is none Tonga and his performance amidst political thuggery and hooliganism compounded with rigging by PF was a clear testimony that the UPND message was being accepted by the electorates that now feel cheated by Sata and his family forest.

Lukulu west, Itezhi-Tezhi, Sinazongwe, Sinjembela/Shangombo and many other PF induced by-elections will cause more headaches to Sata, Wynter and all other headless minions because UPND will prevail and carry the day in all of them.

VIVA HH & UPND. God is smiling the UPND way! The writing is on the wall.

  35. Livingstone seat was initially for MMD under that Satanist Katombora before UPND grabbed it and later taken by PF thuggery.

This one was for MMD and, just like the Mpongwe by-election, is a good testing ground for UPND who never had candidates in these areas before.

Any votes are seriously good in leaving a foot print in the area.

Todate, even PF cadres know Chilufya won the Mpongwe by-election.

U made the right choice 4 UPND becoz of the non-selectiv policies 4 the poor (60% ) and the rich alike. Sacrifice is the cornerstone of leadershp not rushng 4 taxpayers’ money like masumba, mukata, moonde, siamunene, and those 6 others. Long live HH
